Returns & Refunds Policy

At Sixteen&Dabao, our products are personalized and made specifically for each customer based on the photos, designs, and customization details submitted with the order. Because of the personalized nature of our products, all customized items are final sale.

Customized Products

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for customized or personalized products due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong design, providing an incorrect photo or customization information, or other customer-related reasons.

Once your order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled or changed unless otherwise agreed by us.

Design Preview & Revisions

For products that include a design preview, your order includes one revision only. Please provide all requested changes at the same time.

Once the revision has been completed, the design will be considered final. Additional revisions, changes to the selected template, or requests for a completely new design are not included.

Once a design has been approved or finalized and production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded because of dissatisfaction with customization choices that were previously submitted or approved.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, contains a production error, or is different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please provide your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue. We will review the situation and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, remake, partial refund, or full refund depending on the circumstances.

Please do not return any product without contacting us first.

Customer-Provided Photos and Information

Customers are responsible for checking that uploaded photos, design numbers, names, spelling, and other customization information are correct before submitting an order. We cannot provide a refund or free replacement for errors contained in information submitted by the customer.

Non-Customized Items

If we offer non-customized products in the future, different return conditions may apply and will be stated on the relevant product page.
