Who is Sixteen&Dabao?
Sixteen and Dabao are my two cats. Sixteen is a stray I adopted during my school days — she's now 10 years old. Dabao is the younger one. The name of this shop comes from them.
I'm just someone who loves pets, loves design, and loves making things with my hands. Every product design in this store comes from my own ideas — from the projector light that clips onto a pet collar, to the plush toy that blows a bubble when you squeeze it. I handcraft each piece based on the photo you send me, making sure it's made just for you.
Besides Sixteen and Dabao, my mom and I have kept a long-standing tradition — feeding stray cats and dogs in our neighborhood. Every evening, we carry food and water out the door, watching those cautious little figures slowly lower their guard and enjoy a full meal. Rain or shine.
They've taught me one thing: every life deserves to be treated with care.
So if this shop makes any profit, I will set aside a portion to buy food for stray cats and dogs and fund spay/neuter programs. That's a promise I've made to them, and it's one of the reasons this shop exists.
And every order you place helps keep them fed.
It means one more full meal for those cautious little souls, and a little more warmth in their world.
