At Sixteen&Dabao, every customized order is made especially for you. Please allow time for both customization and shipping when placing your order.
Processing Time
Customized products generally require approximately 5 business days for customization, production, quality checking, and packaging before shipment.
For products that include a design preview, production may begin after the design has been finalized. Delays in submitting required photos, customization information, or revision feedback may extend the processing time.
Shipping Time
After your order has been produced and shipped, estimated delivery is generally 10–20 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Customs processing, carrier delays, weather, holidays, peak seasons, or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally cause delays.
Free Shipping
We currently offer free standard shipping to eligible destinations shown at checkout. If shipping is unavailable to your address, you will be notified during checkout.
Order Tracking
When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has shipped. Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error.
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed. Additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer may be the customer’s responsibility.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Packages
If your package arrives damaged, you receive an incorrect item, or you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us with your order number and any relevant photos or information. We will review the situation and help provide an appropriate solution.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees depending on the destination country’s laws and regulations. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
