Production takes approximately 5 business days. Delivery time varies by location.

Your order includes one revision only, so please send all requested changes at the same time. Once the revision is completed, the design is considered final and production will begin.

Personalized orders usually require approximately 5 business days for production and packaging before shipment.

Shipping typically takes around 10–20 business days, depending on your destination and the carrier. You’ll receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note that customs clearance, weather, peak seasons, and other circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect delivery times.

Because our products are personalized and made specifically for you, we generally cannot accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or contains a production error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue. After we review and verify the problem, we’ll work with you to provide an appropriate solution

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

After 12 hours, your personalized order may have already entered the design or production process, so we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible.

The projector light is rechargeable via USB, and a charging cable is included in the package.

A full charge usually takes around 1–2 hours and can provide approximately 2 days of use. Actual battery life may vary depending on how frequently and how long the projector is used each time.

Yes! If you already own our projector, you can purchase Extra Custom Slides separately without buying another projector.

Each slide can be customized with a different photo or design, making it easy to change your projection for different pets, holidays, birthdays, or special moments.
